TPR (TPE) Air Duct Application:
As suction and transport hose especially ideally for:
1. Suction of hot air and fumes in chemical plants and shipyards.
2. High temperature air or smoke in auto.
3. Other hot air in engine construction or drying machine.
4. Chemical air.
5. Cold air.
6. As the outer part ofthe steel wire is protected by the green strips, it makes the hose more wear-resistant and more durable than the ordinary TPR hose service life is obviously increased.
Features:
1. Made in thermoplastic rubber with a steel spiral reinforcement embedded between the two layers.
2. The green strips on the wall make the hose more abrasion resistant.
3. Light and flexible.
4. Extremely resistant to high temperature,chemicals.
5. Could be static electricity conductive by grounding the steel wire.
6. Good resistance to UV.
7. High tensile strength.
